Semalam aku layan cerita romantik 'The prince and me 2 : Royal wedding' di Sky movie channel..

Jambatan Oresund

Kenangan ini takkan dilupakan buat selama-lamanya..

Copenhagen (English pronunciation: /ˈkoʊpənˌheɪɡən/); Danish: København is the capital and largest city of Denmark, with an urban population of 1,167,569 (2009) and a metropolitan population of 1,875,179 (2009). Copenhagen is situated on the islands of Zealand and Amager.

Copenhagen is a major regional centre of culture, business, media, and science, as indicated by several international surveys and rankings (see International rankings below). Life science, information technology and shipping are important sectors and research & development plays a major role in the city's economy. Its strategic location and excellent infrastructure with the largest airport in Scandinavia located 14 minutes by train from the city centre, has made it a regional hub and a popular location for regional headquarters as well as conventions.

Copenhagen has repeatedly been recognized as one of the cities with the best quality of life. It is also considered one of the world's most environmentally friendly cities. The water in the inner harbour is so clean that it can be swum in, and 36% of all citizens commute to work by bicycle, every day cycling a total of 1.1 million km.

Bandar Copenhagen

Nyhavn : Pelabuhan lama

Nyhavn is a colourful 17th century waterfront, canal and popular entertainment district in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Stretching from Kongens Nytorv to the harbourfront just south of the Royal Playhouse, it is lined by brightly coloured 17th and early 18th century townhouses and numerous bars, cafés and restaurants. Serving as a heritage harbour, the canal is packed with old wooden ships.

The little Mermaid, ukiran patung dari cerita rakyat Hans Christian Andersen..

Every Danish sailor who ever stood on a deck knows that the waters of Øresund used to be full of Mermaids. According to a legend, the home of all Mermaids was Mermaid Banks in Øresund - the very same place where today the Copenhagen's most famous attraction - Little Mermaid - sits on a rock.

The sculpture ( Danish: Den lille havfrue) was commissioned in 1909 by the Carlsberg brewer Carl Jacobsen, impressed by a ballet "The little Mermaid" based on a fairy tale written by Hans Christian Andersen. The sculptor Edward Eriksen sculptured the mermaid in bronze, using his wife Eline as a model for the body. The head was modelled after a primaballerina Ellen Price.
